Not sure if links will work, but it was in the article section of the hybrid pedagogy site.

I picked this article over others because of the opening paragraph. This is the beginning of a four-part article regarding online classes. This article suggested that it is not enough to simply have an online program, but that much attention and care needs to go into the content. This English 090 class went from extreme popularity, to dismal failure because someone or somebodies redesigned the class, and it didn’t go over well with the students.

This is a crucial topic, because, as our learning modules become digitized, who monitors the creators? Who is keeping up with the latest, and most meaningful technology. Who is teaching the teachers? Who’s in charge here anyway? If I am ever going to consider teaching, on any level, but especially the college level, what am I going to do? What can any of us do? Is there a solution? How do we access what needs accessing? What is our agency?

Perhaps I’ll just stick to writing. This stuff looks hard.
